THOMAS ROLLAND-MORALES
My Work Showcase

ABOUT ME
Hello, I am Thomas! I have been providing communities with excellent and compassionate nursing care since 2003. I love my role as a registered nurse. My nursing role and experience have provided me with a platform to always encourage and educate those around me.

My goals are to advance my practice and knowledge as a healthcare provider. To do this, I will become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, ARNP, through my studies and my dedication to the nursing field.
PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY
For me, nursing is more than treating sickness; it is a calling to deliver high-quality patient care that addresses patients' individual needs while promoting best practices among my colleagues and team members. It is an opportunity to serve the public in a manner that reflects my commitment to integrative medicine, community health and empathetic care.
My approach to nursing is integrative and patient-focused. I aim to remember that my patients are more than just illnesses or room numbers and provide empathetic and ethical care.
During my nearly two-decade nursing career, I have been on the frontlines of patient care and have also held numerous team-leader positions. This has allowed me to cultivate strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability. I am uniquely positioned to help my patients and my colleagues achieve their respective goals of optimized health and health promotion. Knowing that I can contribute my years of experience to a client’s recovery and wellness gives me a sense of pride, which bolsters my resolve and commitment to this profession.
Ultimately/At the end of the day, as a nurse, I strive to be a leader, advocate, and agent of disease awareness and optimal/holistic health practices and promote ethical relations in the workplace and the community.
